    Default Sirius or XFM users?

Is there many here that subscribe to the satellite radio services. I have Sirius since GM wouldn't honour their warrenty of my radio. I wouldn't ever turn back.
News that they are merging will mean a whole bunch of new channels for both of us.

Gee but now I will have to choose between Howard Stern and Oprah.......hey now!!!!!

XM. But then it doesn't cost me anything.

I wouldn't go Sirius simply because of Stern.

Sirius and I absolutelly love the thing. Not sure I would want to go a day with out it. The programming rules and apperantlly there is going to be a merge between the two comopaneis.

As a side note I get XM on my cable system and do not find it as good as Sirius, even if I'm getting it for free.

I think it will be great with the two. And got to be honest I listen to Stern on a daily basis. I am in my car for many hours each day and he cuts the time.

Like him or hate him you can't deny his success. Funny I heard someone say he was uneducated and unintelligent. He graduated Magne Cum Laude from Boston U. No doubts he is a pig though.

I want to get a sirius radio, and to be honest, Stern is the reason.
I used to listen to him everyday when he was on regular radio.
That being said......is the rest of the programming on sirius any good?
I really like talk radio, comedy, and heavy music.

I'm kind of fed up with regular radio........i usually just drive around with it turned off lately.

Shawn you must have remembered when he was on Q107 then if you are in Pt Hope. I was living in Oshawa when I caught him on radio.
He is much more free on Sirius, and the other programming is great except for Sirius hits which is the channel that will play the same crap like a normal top 40 station, over and over and over.

They announced a merger some hours ago.

I do indeed......I was driving from port hope to brampton at the time to go to work, it really made the drive go by quickly.
When he was unceremoniously removed by the head of corus radio (which turned out to be his old nemesis, pig virus), I started listening to him on a buffalo radio station that played opie and anthony in the afternoon.
It was a great station until they went to the JACK format.....
    really.....radio is getting lame.
