I don't know what "Killshots" is, but Darrell was a student of SKH and had a column in Blackbelt Magazine. He was also in SKH's book Ninjutsu: The Art of the Invisible Warrior.

Paladin Press still sells Killshots on video. It is mostly David Koss and Darrell showing stuff. Dan Johnson faded away a long time ago it seems. Nice guy.

Someone sent me a PM and said that Roger Stapleton might be still training. If he is then that's great.

No, Kelly is in upstate New York with his family. He retired last year and is out having fun. I talk to him quite a bit.

Does anyone have any up to date info on what David Hewitt (ex-Jinenkan Godan) is doing now?

    Regards,

    Thanks, Evan.

I remember watching David Hewitt on those early Jinenkan dvds and thinking how well he moved. He was one of the truly skilful x-kan practitioners. I think it is a pity that he didn't film ryu-ha specific instructional dvds. I'm sure they would have greatly benefited those still interested in Gyokko Ryu and Koto Ryu, particularly.

Do you know if he is still interested in martial arts? Please don't tell me that he's become fat and lazy!

    Regards,

    Joe Jackson.

well, Darryl is definitely active again. Dave is from all accounts running a security gadget store somewhere. I'm just glad he has settled down. Dan, have not seen since he showed up in Japan in th early '90s. Larry split from Stephen around '82 and I last saw him at a Tai Kai, think '98.

..just some other names just crossed my mind

    Bob Norduff(sp?)
    Ken Brooks
    Shawn Havens
    Tim Dean
    JP Seibel
Bob Jones(think he was Ed Sones student, strong as a buffalo)

Robert Norduft moved to Washington state and is a professor. Bob Higginbotham is in New Zealand and has several dojo around the country. He was back in Houston last May and will come again next year.
I think you mean Brian Jones, last I talked with him he was in St Louis but I don't think he is in the Bujinkan anymore.

He is a member here on E-Budo though. He used to sell katana, but I don't know if he still does.
