Default Furoshiki (how to carry things)

    http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-...quare-of-cloth

shows how to carry items with a piece of cloth. Furoshiki comes from Japan and is a versatile way of making it fit the items along with the need to cut down on waste with plastic bags.

    Has anyone ever done this?

I guess it could work well with a large plastic sheet.

    I may look into this.

I think you will have much better luck with silk or a silk like synthetic fabric.

In the old days when a gift was given wrapped in a furoshiki it was returned later; often with a monetary return gift.

Huh? Oh my god, I have twenty plus years worth of collected furoshiki to return . . . I can't afford it!
