Default Oroya Wine (Wine Made for Sushi)

A wine tailor made for sushi by a Japanese winemaker working in Spain with Spanish grapes. Its also, not surprisingly, supposed to pair well with tapas (pretty much two of my most favorite foods). I've recently had it with sushi and found it quite pleasant.

Love to hear Dave Lowry's take on it.

Seems Oroya is not a Japanese word but Spanish, interestingly enough.
