Disturbing.
Though, on the other hand, also very interesting: my understanding is that a lot of the old koryu dojo were political movements in their own right as well as being a place to train. The way this group operates is a lot like how I imagine at least some of the koryu operating way back in the old days-- perhaps vastly different motives (though for some ryu, perhaps not), but similar methods.

My opinion is, in all likelihood, worth exactly what you are paying for it.
Aha, white supremists learning Asian fighting methods to prove their white superiority...
But very disturbing.
I'm thinking the whole setup could very well be classified as organised crime or terrorism.

Following up on Andrew's comment, I'd love to know if this group or its members are engaged in actual criminal conduct. If so, then I imagine they'll fall under the same legal treatment as gangs. If they aren't breaking any laws now, I won't be surprised when they start.

Well, in the dialogue he even calls the group a gang. And I don't think they train for peace marches.
