    Default Musoku: Scientifically possible?

From Kuroda Tetsuzan Sensei's teachings of Musoku, moving without shifting weight. How is that actually scientifically possible?

Musoku involves many things to properly do it. The main thing is learning how to move in a controlled forward-fall with your leg muscles doing no more than keeping you from collapsing. It takes much practice.
