Default 1886 Judo vs Jujutsu police match

I was looking for some information on the match between the judo and jujutsu practicioners at the police department. This site had a good amount of info:

    http://www.bstkd.com/JudoHistory/HistorySeven.htm

I posted on judoforum that I didn't believe that jujutsu would lose 12 out of 15 matches unless they were using strictly judo rules, since traditional jujutsu allows punches, palm strikes, tegatana, kicks, knees, elbows, headbutts, fishhooks, footstomps, hair-pulling and even eye-gouging. I'll acknowledge that judo is the superior of the two is some ways, and if they were using judo rules, jujutsu is severly handicapped.

Does anyone have a list of the jujutsu ryuha that participated, or if the police in 1886 had a standard jujutsu rulebook they went by? Not starting a judo war, since I believe that judo is superior in some ways, just looking for more info on the event and the arts involved.

www.judoforum.com has the best discussion of this I've ever seen - some of it is breaking new ground. Look for a couple threads to which 'Jon Z' contributes.
