In this clip it doesn't look as though the second foot is brought around and pressed into the neck/shoulder area which is how we were shown. Hence the original carotid choke aspect that I mentioned earlier.
So for clarification we were taught that the first foot goes over the arm and into yoko sammai and the second foot goes under the arm and into the neck. Is this how everyone was taught this technique or are there variations without the neck bit?
