On the 10th December 2010

Paul Masters was awarded the Menkyo Kaiden of Tenjin Shinyo Ryu by Kubota Toshihiro Shihanke and family.
He has been honoured head of International Affairs of Tenjin Shinyo Ryu and on the 1st January 2011 Paul Masters formed the Tenyokai International.
