Default Size 30 tabi in blab?

I need some large tabi, I think 30cm, I wear a 12 ee shoe... Yamatobudogu has a stretch white, which I will go to if no one has a good suggestion... But, I'd really prefer black.

These would be cotton, indoor tabi.

Anyone have a good source for this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Try to contact info@usasumo.com

Another alternative is to ask a friend who goes to Japan.
I know you can find larger tabi in a Meirin shop in Osaka (they might not have your size in the shop but if you ask them to order they will have them 2-3 days later). We buy most of our supplies (hakama, keikogi, obi,…) at Meirin when we are in Kansei (our honbu dojo is in Nishinomiya) but unless you have someone to go to Japan, that will not help.

When typing "tabi" in "images" of Google, I came across baskweb.com ( Ippon supplies):

I never used them so I do not know the quality .

That should have been in Black. I am not sure how I ended up with blab. I sometimes have trouble with my I Pad.

Lion Do, the sumo supplier, has large-size tabi in navy blue. Not quite black, but we big footed beggars can't be choosers. Another possibility is Workman Shop, which supplies carpentry and maintenance wear.

Sadly my Japanese is severely limited. And I have no kanji . . . But thanks anyway.

Cool! Indigo will be fine. It's a bit expensive, but they will probably last longer than cotton so it is probably better...

    Thank you.

They are expensive, but well made. I've worn a pair for years now.

American size 12 is a Japanese size 30, but that's 28cm. I don't know how the extra width would figure in, though.

Considering shipping costs, you might want to order two or three pair in different sizes, and then sell the ones that don't fit to other American seekers.

[If you haven't already ordered, that is. I see that I'm several days late to the party.]
