Protecting the children in your dojo.
Thanks for the info, Good advice, especially for new dojo owners. We have a responsibility to our students. We are in a very litigious society now and we must be careful. A mentor can have a permanent effect on a young person. Jerry Sandusky comes to mind! In many dojo the "kids" pay the mortgage allowing us to develop other less commercial programs, plus junior black belts make good senior black belts.
My teacher taught me to "nurture" all good students if you plan to be in the MA Biz for an extended time.
