    Does it have any similarities to Indian Yoga? Anyone practices? recommends?

    "Japanese Yoga" is a term sometimes used to describe Shin Shin Toitsu Do, as developed by Nakamura Tempu. My Aikido/Kenjutsu system's headmaster, Kurita Minoru, the co-founder of the Ki Society, was a practitioner.
