Have any of you booked throught 'Nippon Travel Agency'?

If so, have you received confirmation of your accomodation etc.

Yes, I did. I emailed them at the end of July and got a response on the 22nd. They said they had just started finalizing and confirming. You might want to email just to be safe.

I booked through them too, mailed them almost 3 weeks ago and was (eventually) told that confirmation e-mails would be sent out "closer to the time".....
For Japanese efficiency it's not that efficient is it?
Basically there are 2 different hotels in Osaka they're using and really need to know which one to turn up at...
