    Default konote/nonote?

    Hi all,
not sure if this is exactly the right place to post this but...
I am typing up some notes from an Iai seminar a couple of weeks ago.

The teacher was describing that the sword must be moved to the left near the end of the draw for yoko ichimonj
He likened it to the motion of rowing a japanese boat

For this I have written the word konote and nonote...
Would anybody be able to advise me which one would be the correct term (if either of them.
I am afraid i do not have any kanji of the term to assist.

    Thanks in advance

    Good morning Debz,

If it is any help, 乗って Notte is the Te form of the verb Noru 乗る which means to ride.

    Cheers
