Yeah, that is another way to look at the efficacy of Internal Training Methods.
I don't know how well this stuff works on bears, and I don't plan on ever testing it on one!
Pressure points aren't necessarily part of internal training, btw. They represent a subset of knowledge -- knowing how to exploit the opponent's nervous system -- that is part of the tactical skill set, but not part of the body method itself for training the internal skills and inner "feel."
