    Thank you for posting this---good read.

    Not speaking for others---but "we" spend so much time on the physical aspects of "our" arts that "we" sometimes miss the other things training is supposed to be teaching.

    Thank you Chris, I think in working on being humble gives us wellbeing, we feel good with what we are and have, it is an excellent goal to pursuit by doing martial arts.
