Default MARTIAL TRIBES - The Martial Arts Social Network

    Good Morning!

We are launching Martial Tribes, The Martial Arts Social Network. We would love this new platform as the "LinkedIn" for Martial Arts. It could be a very interesting way to create a family tree of different Martial Arts. It's also a way to connect with other practicers of the same Art as you in other parts of the World, or to meet other users you usually talk with at E-Budo.com. It could be a great adition to this forum.

We would you to give it a try at www.martialtribes.com and give us you opinion as expert practicers. (Is something missing at the network? Would you like to be able to do something especific? Let us know!). It's all free, our only goal is to give is to spread martial arts as much as possible.

If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to answer in this same thread or at contact@martialtribes.com.

    See you!

Sorry, my mistake. It seems that I can't change my Real name at my profile now though.

I guess I'll sign here then.

That is a nice but totally unbelievable testimonial. None of the other websites mentioned here warranted your approval? Just this one, that has been roundly ignored. I wonder why.

Internet forums are declining overall, I suspect largely due to the rise in social media use. Sites like this one seem to be going the way of the e-mail list serves that hosted e-mail list serves in the 1990s. Ironically, Aikido-L and Iaido-L still exist, but they are shadows of what they were in their heyday.

Well, yes. Internet forums do seem to be declining overall, probably due to the rise of social media. However, we keep a close watch on who we accept as members and we do not appreciate members using the same IP addresses as users who have been banned.

He also used a cut and paste of someone else's post to make himself sound legitimate. It was Cady's from this thread, post #2. It was a relevant and articulate post when She made it (obviously), less so when used in this thread.
