As we all know personal protection means self defiance from the others those are harmful or attack . By the way in this forum I have got a lot of training and valuable tips and tricks as well. I wanna learn Marshal Art anyway. I need help to train myself as long as I get into it but until that I will keep a Personal Protection Dogs with me and already he trained with different methods of Protection.
    Thanks Everyone !!!
