Default Highest grade Goju Ryu teacher in Scotland?

As the title suggests I'm wondering who the highest graded Teacher is in Goju Ryu in Scotland? /Who is the highest in your associations for Scotland?
Reason I'm asking is my Sensei has been put forward for 7th Dan in in Oct and would be good to say he was the highest grade in Scotland for promotion if I knew it was true!

    Cheers Alan Leslie
