    Default Password help needed

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and when I opened e-Budo I was asked for my user name and password...but none of the ones I tried worked. I clicked on the button to get an e-mail to reset it, but no e-mail ever came. (I tried this on three consecutive days.) I've logged on using an old computer that remembered my password, but I need to get my user name (if it's something other than Brian Owens) and my password or set a new one for my Windows 10 system. Any help will be appreciated.
    Yours in Budo,
    ---Brian---

Hopefully, Anders or Peter will be able to help resolve this.
I was planning to upgrade to Windows 10 but am hesitating because so many people are reporting issues with it. :P

    Hello Brian,

This is really one for Anders, for I am not familiar with the area of passwords etc. The admin CP shows that you accessed E-Budo in the last 24 hours, but I have not checked what you actually did. Your user name is Brian Owens. Have you tried creating a new password?

"Have you tried creating a new password?" That required entering the old password first, and I have forgotten what that was. I've been logging in on a system that I originally set to "Remember Me" mode, but I want to reset the password or retrieve the old one so I can start using the new system.

I'm also not getting e-mail notifications when replies to my active threads are made, and that has happened in the past but was -- I thought -- resolved.

From what I can see in the log-files the forum are sending emails, but there might be some glitch since I haven' received any emails with the posts in this forum (which I usually gets).

Anyway, I can manually set your password and send it to you in an email, then you can change it to whatever you want.
Just want to make sure that you still use the sprynet email address you are registered with? When you confirm that, or let me know what email to use I can fix it.

Okay, I tried logging in using Windows Edge (Windows 10's Web browser) with the new password and got this: "You have entered an invalid username or password. Please enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

I then tried it using my old Microsoft Explorer, and it worked. Then I went back and tried using Edge again, and it worked this time. Very strange.

    Thanks for your help.

I only read the first row in the preview, so I did send you some emails.
    Anyway, glad it works now.
