    Quite an interesting read. The bit about how US SWAT focuses on containing threat while SA counterpart also considers possibility of attacks from outside the perimeter targeted against the police is worth pondering.

    Good stuff, thanks for posting this Al. The swat comment is dependent on circumstances but pretty accurate.
