    Default Account Access Help

    Greetings,

Any help would be appreciated in accessing my original E-Budo account under user name Robc. I've tried multiple times to reset my password for that account however it does not appear that the password reset email is being generated. I've set up this account solely to post this help request.

I'd be glad to provide any validation info you require for the original account.

    Thank you for considering,

    Rob Canestrari

    Hello,

I think my colleague Anders will help you as soon as he reads this e-mail. He handles the technical side; I handle the general admin side.

    Best wishes,

    Hi

OK I the email for password reset most likely work, since it regularly work for others. It probably end up in a spam folder in your email account.
Your old account use a yahoo email, are you checking that email account?

Anyway, I manually reset your password to the same as you have in your email before the @. Please change this to something you can remember and that are safer.
Let me know id there is any problem or if this worked out for you.

Thank you both. I did check spam and filtered mail (multiple times/multiple days) and I do actively use the Yahoo address. The instructions regarding the password reset did not work for me or perhaps I have misunderstood. Is it possible to send a reset email to the Yahoo address? Thanks for your patience and help.

    Hi

If you read again what I did you can see that I already manually changed your password (there is no way to manually send a reset email).

So log in with your old account, you know the username, and your new (current) password is what I wrote in the quote:
I manually reset your password to the same as you have in your email before the @.
But please change your password to something that other people can't figure out after you have logged in.
