Japanese Military Martial Art

Outside of Draeger's writings, does anyone know anything about a Japanese hand to hand combat system called TOSHU KAKUTO?

I tried looking once before and all i found was quotes from Draeger's books.

Other than that there was nothing.

I did find that the art is also apparently refered to as Toshu Kakuto Kyohan Taikei. I did find a website for a school that mentions Toshu Kakuto as an art being taught there. I have emailed them for more info. I'll post what I find out.
