Hi, all. I'm trying to promote a cross-training discussion between strikers/grapplers at the karate board.

Not trying to start a flame war, but the question on the table is: what happened to the idea that karate-ka could lever an opponent with one blow? Why hasn't this ever happened in the UFC, where the grapplers always win?
