Hi,
I was reading about using private or public schools for training. Does anyone have any other ideas of where to start up a training group? I would like to open my own private dojo, but I need a solid student base first. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks Brian Cain |

You could probably rent some time in a multi-disciplinar dojo. At the place where I practice aikibudo you an also learn Wing Chun Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chi Qong, Dragon Dance and they are talking about bringing a karate group too. Costs less than renting your own locals and at the same time I like it better to practice in a place consecrated to martial arts instead than in a school gymnasium...

Alternity,
Thanks for the info. I'll look into other schools that might let me piggy back off of them. Brian Cain |
