looking for one, these were all i could find...
im wary of places that teach so many disciplines of m.a. . the whole, we can teach everything attitude seems a bit sketchy......
and why dont dojos move away from teaching groundwork (ne-waza?) as a result.

sometimes my arm comes out of my socket when bring my arm up to hit (like the motion when an opponent is behind you and you strike w/o turning around)
