As far as I know, the Manila Aikido Club no long registers their Dan Promotions with Aikikai Hombu.

Regarding the certificate, can anyone confirm that this was the Letterhead used by the Aikikai Hombu for Interational (ie non-Japanese) communications in 1964?

Also, I believe that "Sekai Aikido Hombu" translates as "World Aikido Headquarters" where Sekai is romaji for 世界
