Isn't BJJ a sport, whereas Jujutsu is engineered for street effectiveness?

In a real fight, you can't just tuck tail and stand back up like a coward, imo.
I think it'd be pretty fn cool to wristlock someone and smash their face into a cage for the victory.
I've always wondered why I haven't seen more Aikido/Aikijutsu wristlocks used in the UFC.
