Does anybody take part in Native American traditions? If so, do you feel it affects your Budo?

I was lucky enough to participate in a sweat lodge a number of years back... It was an awesome experience that really did a lot to open my thinking up.

I recommend it highly.

Ditto on the sweat lodge ! Awesome experience. Drink lots of water before you go.
