hello and hope this post finds everyone happy and well.....as the subjct says i'm looking for training in the Bo and Sai in the above area.If anyone knows or can recommend a link/contact i would be very grateful.Thank you for the time to read this post..(ps.this is my first post so please understand if i mess the signature requirement up)

Aikido studies Jo, Tanto and Bokken - I'm not sure about the Bo - Try a Kempo or Kendo dojo that might work for you.

If you can't work out the signature type it in. :D
