shinken katana

I was shopping for a Shinken Katana, and I came across this site, http://www.tomu-martial-arts.com, and noticed they are giving one away, I do not know much about them though and was wondering if anyone here did.

Turns out Tom Hayden is probably the "Tomu" for which the site is named. What's more the name attached to the testimonial listed on the site is the same name that which owns the domain.
