Thought i might ask this question here. Ive read many things about how tight a tsuba should be. Some say that on a perfectly good sword a tsuba should not be too tight as to not allow some dental floss to be wound in between. Some say it should be as tight as possible as to not allow ANY movement. One sensei i have trained with said its best to have a very slight "play" between the seppa and tsuba for cutting otherwise too much strain is put on the hamachi. What do you guys think is best for cutting?

Have a good one.
