Getting ready to buy a bo. After going through several websites, I settled on Crane Mountain - mostly due to the variety of woods they work in and their ability to customize.
Any thoughts?

I bought a bo from Crane Mountian a couple of years ago. The person I talked to was really helpful. I'd buy from them again.

Hi all
Would anyone have any idea of the general dimensions and weights of the wooden training version of the o-naginata?
I believe that Katori Shinto Ryu use them and they are quite a bit bigger and heavier than the ones available online.
Kind regards

The ones sold by koryubokken.com are 245 cm long, and weigh in at around 1800 grams. Weight will depend on wood used, though.

Thank you very much for this link. I was completely unaware that this site existed.
