Shotokan in Norfolk, VA

Does anyone know of any Shotokan dojo in Norfolk or any karate-do in that area? I will be there for a few months and am looking for somewhere to train.

I don't know anything about these dojos, but they are part of the ISKF.
http://www.shotokanvirginia.com/index.html Shotokan Karate of Hampton Roads is in Newport News; from Norfolk, it's a drive of about half an hour to two hours, depending on our horrible traffic.
