The seminar is on Sunday, this weekend. If you're in the Philadelphia area, it's well worth attending. Bring a tanto, jo and bokuto if you can. You will bring away some substantial ideas you can use! :)

I have just learned that this seminar will introduce the foundational methods of developing internal structure that leads to the powerful aiki of the Japanese internal martial arts (and Chinese internal martial arts). Anyone who has been seeking a means to learn this aspect of the martial arts won't want to miss this seminar!

The seminar is this Sunday *not Saturday as I accidentally posted earlier.
