National Karate and JuJutsu Union info request

Everyone,

I ran into an old friend over vacation and the topic of the National Karate and JuJutsu Union (If I'm recalling it correctly) came up. I had forgotten about the groups existence.

I remember decades ago meeting members, and had one friend who was asked to head up the Shotokan Division, but he turned them down.

But its been a long time since I've heard of them and am wondering about their history, if they still exist, etc.
