This is not the 2010 encyclopedia (2-volumes, ABC-CLIO, massively rewritten from the early edition) to which you contributed. This is the one-volume book published by Greenwood in 2003. It hasn't been re-written or re-released, but it is still available through Amazon.com, etc.
