Thread: Dynamic stretching.

    Default Dynamic stretching.

    I've been stuck in a plateau (fine, it's a rut. Plateau would be more appropriate if the level in question was actually high ) as far as dynamic flexibility goes. Where would I learn more about dynamic stretching and find some good methods to get myself a jump-start past this rut?
