I am (relatively) new to the Dallas area, and am looking for a good sushi place. The more traditional, the better. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Haven't been there in a couple of years...but the Japanese Palace in Ft. Worth always had great stuff. Get to know the chef... and it's even better!

In Dallas, the best sushi is at Kenichi in Victory Park by downtown. Nobu in the Hotel Cresent Court is very good also. Deep Sushi on Elm street in Deep Ellum is worth trying out. Unfortunately, there isn't a big Japanese population Dallas so traditional places are pretty difficulty to track down.

Outstanding. Thank you, to both of you.

Try The Shogun in McKinney. I complimented the sushi chef on his work and he gave me a sushi tray (18 pc) free... I thought that was awesome!

Thank you. I will have to get up there and give it a try.
I am actually between the Kenichi and Nobu options, where I work. Seems some comparative sampling is in order!
