    Can anyone give me a bit of the background/history of the kata Suparinpei within Wado Ryu?

    Been described to me as 'Wado's missing kata', but struggling to get a proper explanation.

    The yahoo wadokarate forum has a search function and a database with uploaded files. Both are contain great information.
