I am interested in getting a good 360 jump and spin as in Enpi. I get around a 270 now. I am thinking about jump squats and other plyometrics but I thought before I reinvented the wheel I would see what others have done.

Back ground if interested. I have been doing Kise Sensei's Wansu for years but we pivot not jump. I also have done Toma Sensei's Wansu which also has no jump.
I started ITF TaeKwon Do a couple years ago and they have a Hyung Chung-mu with the Enpi 360 jump. I am about a year from learning it but not being any younger I want to start working on the jump since I think it will be one of my biggest challenges in this system.
Any wisdom is appreciated.
