Just a lilt more information: now the Oita-Ken ( Oita prefecture) Goju Sai (Tournament) as well as the All Kyushu/Okinawa Taikai ( tournament) has been cancelled as well. No word yet on the GoJu Kai...
Hopefully this will not be something to come around each year as a regular flu or cold! This one is ravaging countries.....lets hope that it doesn't return yearly

I am so sorry for the late reply. What I found out recently is that Rokku Dan and above you must be tested in Japan. Up until Go Dan You may be tested in your own Country.
